Having the ability to effectively address conflicts in the workplace can be one of the most challenging aspects of the HR function, and one of the most crucial. In this seminar, attendees will learn techniques for diffusing conflicts while simultaneously building relationships. We will discuss strategies for how to navigate conflicts effectively with your executives, your employees, and your direct reports.
We will also look at how to create an ownership mindset when engaging in conflict which can increase our chances of being successful. HR professionals will leave with the tools to navigate complex conflicts and the confidence to take them on.

She is the Founder/President of HR Innovation and TotalVision Training. Liz works extensively with companies on strategic initiatives, HR program design and implementation, organizational effectiveness, change management and culture creation. Her work with organizations includes executive coaching and leadership training. As a former professional athlete, Liz is passionate about teamwork, employee development and organizational success. She has developed leadership programs for companies and frequently provides 1:1 coaching to enhance the effectiveness of individuals.
